Everybody's gotta start somewhere, why not the suburbs?! These are the teenage films of prolific indie filmmaker Henrique Couto for first time ever in one set!

Legend has it, he was found as an infant floating in a film canister down an angry river in the untamed wilds of Ohio, others whisper of the man that was born fully grown from an abandoned television set; it’s cathode ray hum a soothing techno-heartbeat, and his umbilical formed from an unspooled VHS cassette. Regardless of how he came to be; Henrique Couto walks among us now… a dreamer, a musician, an owner of a sweet-ass dog and moustache… also a film maker.

Speaking of that; what you are gazing at longingly is a collection that represents how one of independent cinema’s most hard-working creators developed a style that has lead to films that have entertained adoring audiences across the globe… or in other words a bunch of stuff from public access and home movies shot with friends… you know real quantity over quality material…
